Conversational AI Developer - Dialogflow Voice

Here are the specifics of what the role entails: - Design, develop, and test conversational flows using Google Dialogflow CX with a primary focus on voice-based interactions. - Translate conversational requirements into efficient and intuitive Dialogflow CX flows to enhance voice UX. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customer teams to refine voice UX and ensure high-quality interactions. - Build and optimize chat flows in Dialogflow CX, if applicable. - Gather feedback from customers, iterate designs, and enhance conversational performance. - Apply NLP concepts to improve intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management. - Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, and telephony platforms. - Document flow designs and maintain test plans for conversational agents. Key Qualifications for this role include: - 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with Google Dialogflow CX. - Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Proven experience working on voice-first Dialogflow CX flows. - Ability to design conversational requirements and implement them into Dialogflow CX voice flows. - Knowledge of chat flow development in Dialogflow CX is advantageous. - Familiarity with VoiceXML (VXML) and IVR systems is an added advantage. - Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and collaboration skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
