Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Process Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing process design and control, conducting analytical assessments, and leading process engineering projects. Daily tasks include optimizing plant operations, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and managing project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications \n Strong skills in Process Design and Process Control Analytical Skills for assessing and optimizing plant operations Experience in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field Proficiency in using engineering software like Aspen HYSYS and HYSYS Dynamics Prior experience in leading engineering projects is preferred Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
