To monitor GPS based vehicle tracking on the TV from a control room.
To report alerts generated by the GPS based vehicle tracking system on the TV to the IT Manager, District Manager of department and the Help Desk at Patna HQ.
To do data entry work and other computer related work assigned by the IT Manager from time to time.
The timings will be in shifts. The 1st shift is from 06.00 AM to 2.00 PM and the 2nd shift will be from 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM. The shift of each operator will be rotated every alternate week.
He shall inform the Help Desk at the Head Quarters in Patna for any technical issues he is facing.
He shall not install any software under any circumstances other than the software installed by company in the Desktop
To report to the IT Manager of the company and District Manager of the department daily.
