Role Summary

Office-based role responsible for commercial and administrative support to execution projects involving MS fabrication, carpet installation, furniture supply and assembly. The role includes quotations, work orders, MB verification, RA billing, vendor bills, invoicing, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and issue work orders

• Coordinate with site teams for measurements and progress

• Verify Measurement Books (MB)

• Process vendor bills as per approved MBs and WOs

• Raise Running Account (RA) bills and final client invoices

• Maintain Excel-based MIS for WOs, MBs, bills, invoices, and payments

• Provide complete document support to site teams

• Handle office administration – in-charge activities and coordination

Required Experience & Skills

• 4 years and above experience in contracts / site billing / execution support

• Exposure to interiors, fabrication, flooring, or construction works

• Hands-on experience with MBs, RA billing, and invoicing

• Strong MS Excel (MIS, trackers, reconciliation)

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
