Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead (4–6 yrs exp) Responsibilities When you join here, you will… Architect and deliver end-to-end full-stack solutions (Java Stack, Python Stack and relational & NoSQL databases) Technically strong, hands-on experience, lead technical design workshops, mentor junior engineers, and own code reviews to ensure best practices Partner with Product & UX to translate customer needs into scalable solutions Design, deploy and optimize AWS and any other cloud platforms including on-prem DC/DR infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines, auto-scaling, monitoring & disaster recovery Investigate and resolve complex production issues, identify RCA, roll out fixes, and document learnings, enhancing the existing solutions apart from building solutions from scratch Research and prototype emerging tech (AI/ML modules, .NET integrations, mobile SDKs) for our roadmap Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or MCA Strong academic record throughout your studies Prior experience working in a startup environment Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings Participant or winner at hackathons focused on cutting-edge technologies or innovative problem-solving Any open-source contributions, side-projects or patents in relevant fields
