Continuous Improvement Trainee

The main purpose of this role is to ensure required coverage and contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of internal training systems and support processes owned by Global Business Services as part of a talent pool. Your role accountabilities will include completing available training for assigned processes owned by Global Business Services, providing coverage as needed for teams supporting assigned processes as part of the talent pool, and identifying opportunities for training/knowledge transfer process improvements. You will also partner with Global Process Owners to prioritize, document, and submit opportunities to appropriate teams. In terms of functional/business skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Exposure to tech/AI-supported training systems is preferred. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline (CI automation, Tech AI, or similar). Additionally, you should possess demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail, the ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goals, and the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You should also be adept at providing stakeholder updates and communications and collaborating effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.,
