Role Overview We’re looking for a Fashion Designing Consultant with hands-on experience in women's apparel, someone who can take a garment from concept to final wearable garment, while ensuring brand-aligned aesthetics, premium finishing, and efficient sampling coordination. This is a collaborative role working directly with the brand founder and production partners. We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master (Women’s Dresses) who can work closely with our designer/founder to translate creative sketches into accurate patterns and first prototypes . The role is part-time and ideal for someone who is open to short-term, project-based engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that our samples reflect premium construction, perfect fit, and scalability for production .
