Content Writer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content for websites, social media platforms, property listings, blogs, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and generate potential leads.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for real estate projects, property listings, brochures, websites, and landing pages.
• SEO Content Writing: Create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, website content, and landing pages using relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings.
• Social Media Content: Develop creative captions, posts, and promotional content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Project Marketing: Prepare compelling property descriptions, project highlights, location advantages, and investment-related content.
• Lead Generation Content: Create persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, email campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Research & Analysis: Research real estate market trends, customer preferences, competitor content, and project details to produce accurate and relevant content.
• Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, readability, consistency, and brand tone.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Graphic Design, and CRM teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing content.
• Content Planning: Assist in preparing content calendars and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule across digital platforms.
• Brand Communication: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing content.
• Ability to write engaging and persuasive content for different platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management, and blogging.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Docs, MS Word, Grammarly, and AI-assisted writing tools.
• Ability to conduct research, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about real estate products and market trends.

• Quality, originality, and accuracy of content.
• Timely completion of assigned content projects.
• SEO performance and organic website traffic growth.
• Engagement and reach of social media content.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
