Content Writer

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and emotionally intelligent Content Writer who understands the power of words in driving action. This role is ideal for someone who excels at blending storytelling, buyer psychology, and persuasive writing to create impactful content that nurtures leads and builds trust.

In this role, you won’t just be writing—you’ll be strategizing, empathizing, and collaborating to craft content that moves prospects through the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Write persuasive and emotionally intelligent content for multiple platforms, including:
• Email follow-ups
• WhatsApp touchpoints
• Voice note scripts
• Video scripts
• Physical mailers
• Research client pain points, objections, and case studies to craft objection-handling content.
• Build and support 8–12 step lead nurturing sequences.
• Repurpose strategic insights into highly personalized content for different audience segments.
• Collaborate with strategy and client servicing teams to brainstorm hooks, ideas, and trust-building communication.
• Ensure content consistency in tone, engagement, and alignment with the customer journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of content writing or copywriting (preferably in B2B or marketing-driven roles).
• Strong understanding of:
• Buyer psychology
• Emotional storytelling
• Conversion-driven writing
• Excellent command over grammar and the ability to write in a clear, conversational tone.
• Prior experience in creating nurturing or lifecycle marketing content is a plus.
• Comfortable working under tight timelines and managing creative briefs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and curious with a problem-solving approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
