LinkedIn Profile Management: Oversee and optimize the company's LinkedIn profile & Director Profile to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Regularly update profile content to reflect the latest company news, initiatives, and achievements. Strategize and implement content plans to increase follower engagement and attract potential talent. Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to refine strategies and improve the profiles impact. Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams to ensure the companys culture, values, and employer brand are effectively showcased. Handle direct messages, connection requests, and inquiries through the LinkedIn profile professionally. Preferred candidate profile Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience in content writing. experience, with a proven track record of producing high-quality content. Strong writing, research & content strategy skills Proficiency in proofreading & SEO best practices Excellent attention to detail & time Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance web traffic.
