We are looking for an experienced and research-oriented Content Writer with strong knowledge of the immigration industry and the ability to create accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate must have prior professional experience in the immigration or visa consultancy industry and a good understanding of immigration pathways, visa categories, PR programs, and country-specific immigration requirements. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content that educates prospective clients, strengthens our digital presence, and supports lead-generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, service pages, landing pages, social media posts, emailers, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop content related to Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, UK visas, student visas, work permits, visitor visas, and other immigration programs.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of PR pathways, visa eligibility criteria, application processes, documentation requirements, and country-specific immigration options.
• Research immigration policies, visa updates, eligibility requirements, and international opportunities using reliable sources.
• Translate complex immigration information into clear, accurate, and reader-friendly content.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content creation.
• Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and design teams to support campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, originality, grammatical correctness, and consistency.
• Stay updated on immigration policy changes, visa regulations, country-specific programs, and industry developments.
• Ensure all immigration-related content is fact-checked and aligned with current official information.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional content writing experience.
• Prior work experience in the immigration or visa consultancy industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of immigration services, including PR programs, work visas, student visas, visitor visas, and other immigration pathways.
• Good understanding of immigration processes and country-specific programs, particularly for Canada, Australia, Germany, the UK, and other popular immigration destinations.
• Ability to research and explain visa eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and immigration options accurately.
• Excellent written English, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Good understanding of SEO content writing, keyword placement, search intent, and content optimisation.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Immigration industry experience is strictly mandatory. Candidates must have previous experience working with an immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, or an immigration services company, along with a strong understanding of PR programs, visa categories, and country-specific immigration pathways.

Candidates without relevant industry experience or adequate immigration knowledge will not be considered. Freshers and candidates from unrelated content-writing industries are not eligible.
