Position Summary
We’re looking for a Content Writer & Community Architect who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories — and build communities around them.
You’ll translate deep research into insight, craft narratives that make people think, and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit. This role blends writing, storytelling, and community-building — with the freedom to experiment and shape our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Research AI, design, and tech trends to create engaging, thought-provoking content.
• Write blogs, social posts, and newsletters that educate and inspire.
• Translate complex research into accessible, high-impact narratives.
• Launch and grow our community across Discord, Reddit, and GitHub.
• Engage authentically with followers and contributors.
• Experiment with formats and measure what resonates.
• Own projects end-to-end — from idea to impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of writing, content creation, or research experience.
• Portfolio showing strong storytelling and clarity of thought.
• Excellent command of English and grammar.
• Passion for AI, design, and technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must-Have Skills

• Storytelling and research translation.
• Social media and community engagement (Discord, Reddit, GitHub).
• Curiosity-driven, creative writing style.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with research-based or technical content.
• Exposure to AI or tech-focused startups.
• Design sense or visual storytelling experience.
• Active presence in tech or creative communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
