Content and Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit

• Create

• Translate complex technical concepts into

  clear, concise, and user-friendly language

• Collaborate with

  to gather information and validate accuracy.
• Maintain consistent

  tone, style, and brand guidelines

  across all content.
• Ensure documents meet

  quality, compliance, and accessibility standards

• Manage content lifecycle drafting, review, publishing, and updates.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in

  English

  .
• Experience in

  technical writing

  for IT/software products.
• Familiarity with tools like

  MS Office, Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or similar

  .
• Knowledge of

  SEO best practices

  and digital content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 26 years of experience in

  content writing and/or technical writing
