Content Strategist Social Media

The position available is located in Hinjewadi Phase 1 and requires an immediate start date for a full-time role as a core team member. This role offers a long-term brand growth opportunity within a streetwear brand that is being built from the ground up. Currently, the team consists of two individuals who are seeking a third member who is passionate, well-versed in internet culture, and eager to contribute to the brand's development. Your responsibilities will include researching and scripting 1215 Instagram Reels per month, translating trends, audio, and meme formats into content aligned with the brand's style, collaborating with the in-house video editor to bring ideas to fruition, crafting engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions, managing the content calendar, posting content regularly, and strategizing user-generated content and influencer collaborations to expand our online presence. It's important to note that this role is not a typical 9-to-5 job but rather a dynamic opportunity within a young startup with ambitious objectives. We are seeking an individual who embodies a proactive and results-oriented mindset, is adept at quick thinking, execution, and adaptation, is open to working flexible hours, embracing experimentation, learning from failures, and persevering through challenges. This position is not suitable for those seeking a conventional desk job but rather for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the creation of something impactful from the ground up. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong presence on Instagram and a deep understanding of current trends. You should possess the ability to write concisely and creatively, generating short hooks, memes, and audio-centric concepts. A keen eye for visual aesthetics, a passion for streetwear, memes, or youth culture, and prior experience in creating content for personal or brand use (regardless of scale) are highly desirable. Any background involving direct-to-consumer (D2C) or startup brands would be considered a bonus for this position.,
