As a Content Growth Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for leading content for our Founder and the ThinkWhy brand. Your role will involve combining content strategy, Canva design, attention to detail, aesthetic taste, and building AI-led systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage the Founder's content calendar and social presence - Strategize monthly content plans for ThinkWhy - Design brand-aligned content using Canva - Develop and manage content systems using AI workflows - Define content pillars and ensure consistency with brand guidelines - Analyze performance and iterate using data and intuition **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of experience in content strategy/creation, preferably in the D2C/eCom/Branding space - Strong Canva skills and a keen eye for aesthetics - Experience with content ops and system building - Demonstrated bias for action and ownership mindset - Ability to make data-led decisions and storytelling instincts In addition to the above, ThinkWhy is an ecommerce growth accelerator that focuses on scaling global challenger brands with brand-led and profit-first growth.
