ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp, writing-led Content Executive who can turn ideas into engaging social content. The role involves developing content for Primus Senior Living's main social media channels as well as brand-led social media pages, building their presence and audience through consistent, creative and platform-relevant content. This is a hands-on role: ideas must move from concept to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate fresh content concepts, recurring formats and social media campaigns for the brand and its associated pages.
• Write compelling copy, scripts, captions, hooks and storylines, with a strong focus on short-form video and reels.
• Spot trends and audience conversations, and turn them into relevant, shareable and high-potential content.
• Own execution from ideation and scripting through shoot coordination, publishing and performance review.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of quality content across platforms.
• Build and grow social media pages through a clear understanding of audiences, platform behaviour and content performance.
• Handle day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, community engagement and tracking performance.
• Use insights and analytics to understand what works and continuously improve content.
• Use AI tools to research, ideate, write, create and optimise social media content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creators and influencers to bring content ideas to life.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4+ years of experience in content writing, social media management or digital content creation.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong instinct for storytelling, sharp hooks, engaging scripts and memorable copy.
• A genuine passion for writing and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and emerging social media formats and trends.
• Ability to ideate original reel concepts and translate ideas into content that is ready to shoot and publish.
• Strong execution skills, ownership and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the everyday content creation process.
• An analytical mindset and willingness to learn from content performance.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Experience working with influencers or coordinating influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with design and video tools used for social media content.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
