Content Curator Specialist

As a Content Curator Specialist at GCC-Assurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of responses to employee queries through our company's AI-powered virtual HR assistant. Your responsibilities will include: - **Content Strategy & Management:** - Own and manage the lifecycle of HR content within the chatbot, from creation to retirement - Structure and optimize content for AI consumption, including prompt engineering and intent mapping - **AI & Integrations:** - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to align content with technological capabilities - Evaluate AI advancements and ensure content delivery and user experience improvements - **Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Oversight:** - Design and manage HITL workflows for quality assurance and continuous learning - Monitor chatbot performance metrics and refine content accordingly - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Partner with HR COEs, IT, and AI product teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance - Act as the primary liaison between HR and AI development teams - **Governance & Compliance:** - Maintain content governance standards, version control, and audit trails - Ensure content complies with legal, ethical, and DEI standards - **Financial Responsibility:** - Utilize KPIs and Key Metric drivers to demonstrate value realization from AI solutions Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Information Science, Linguistics, Computer Science, or related field - Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex policies - 3+ years of experience in analyzing user behavior data - Proficiency in SharePoint or digital repositories - Knowledge of taxonomy, content structure, and tagging strategies - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and fluency in English - Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools for content analytics Additional skills/experience that would be beneficial: - Track record of implementing technology solutions using structured methodologies - Experience with AI and natural language processing technologies - Global HR environment experience - Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI training data curation - Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations By joining GCC-Assurant, you will contribute to enhancing the employee experience through accurate and contextually relevant responses delivered by our AI-powered virtual assistant.,
