Are you passionate about music, visual storytelling, and content curation Join Songdew TV, India's first 24x7 indie music channel, and help shape a new era of music television by curating, creating, and packaging powerful video content that resonates with a young, music-loving audience. As the Executive Producer at Songdew TV, you'll be the creative and production force behind some of the most exciting content on indie music television. From ideating music-based formats to supervising production and post-production, you'll own the entire journey of turning ideas into impactful visuals. Your responsibilities will include content curation, where you will select the best of India's indie music for video programming aligned with Songdew TV's brand positioning. You will also be responsible for conceptualizing short-format video shows, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and artist features that are fresh, smart, and snackable. Additionally, you will oversee shoots and content creation both in-house and through external partners or production houses. You will work closely with editors on the final packaging of programs, ensuring slick storytelling, tight cuts, and high-quality visuals. Collaborating with promo editors and motion designers to create exciting show teasers, trailers, and channel IDs will also be part of your role. You will own the entire pipeline from concept to final broadcast, including calendars, timelines, quality checks, and delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience working with a production house, media company, or digital platform. An educational background in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Film & TV Production is preferred. A deep interest in music and video content creation is essential, along with the ability to think both creatively and logistically. You should be organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple formats and calendars. Exposure to working with editors, production teams, and on-ground shoots will be beneficial. Working at the forefront of India's indie music movement, you will have the opportunity to build original formats that celebrate artists and stories that matter.
