Content Creator – YouTube & Instagram Videos/Reels

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Develop content ideas in line with current trends, brand goals, and audience interests
• Script, shoot, and edit videos using your own or company-provided equipment
• Collaborate with our team for scheduling, branding, and promotional strategy
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats and algorithms
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Track video performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Requirements

• Proven experience creating video content for YouTube and/or Instagram
• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Comfortable on camera and/or behind the camera
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
