Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator cum Video Presenter who can connect with audiences through engaging storytelling in both English and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental wellness, have a natural screen presence, and bring fresh ideas to life through content and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Creation:

• Develop creative ideas, scripts, and storylines for videos, reels, and podcasts.
• Create bilingual content (English & Malayalam) for Oppam’s social media and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with the psychology and marketing teams to deliver educational and awareness-based content.

Video Presentation:

• Present and host videos, interviews, discussions, and campaigns confidently on camera.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity in both Malayalam and English.
• Represent the brand voice authentically and engagingly.

Production & Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors during shoots.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative campaigns.
• Review final edits and suggest improvements for better engagement.

Social Media Support:

• Assist in planning and managing Oppam’s content calendar.
• Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new ideas for better audience reach.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Psychology, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Malayalam .
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and on-camera presence.
• A genuine passion for mental health, personal growth, and impactful storytelling.
