Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Content Creator who can ideate, script, and structure high quality content for social media platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging short form content aligned with brand voice and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends and generate content ideas for reels and short videos
• Ability to edit reels in a highly attractive and engaging way tailored for brands
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs for social media content
• Collaborate with reel makers and editors to ensure content intent is clearly executed
• Maintain a consistent brand tone across all content
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content strategy

Required Skills

• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
• Ability to translate ideas into short, engaging scripts
• Familiarity with content analytics and engagement metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or managing a personal or brand social media page
• Background in digital marketing, media, or communications
