Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Creator & Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visual design, video content creation, and digital marketing. This position is open exclusively to women applicants who are enthusiastic, creative, and confident in both content development and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging short-form video content and static graphics tailored for social media platforms.
• Design professional-grade creatives and marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools.
• Create authentic, on-camera content ,interactive features, and promotional videos.
• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in content creation (both graphic and video formats).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of video editing software.
• Excellent communication skills; confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and leverage digital trends to enhance engagement.
• Interest in brand development and marketing strategy.
