Description
As a Creative Marketing Executive at Ensemble in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in content creation, store and event marketing, and providing general marketing support. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos for various platforms, ensuring brand-consistent composition, and supporting shoot logistics. Additionally, you will assist with in-store events, client interactions, and marketing collaborations, while also coordinating marketing requirements with the Delhi retail team. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, in-store moments, events, and brand initiatives. - Edit photos and videos under the guidance of the Senior Photo/Video Lead in Mumbai. - Ensure brand-consistent composition, lighting, and framing. - Support shoot logistics including prep, styling assistance, and location coordination. - Assist with in-store events, client interactions, designer interactions, and walk-through content. - Support event documentation, partnerships, and collaborations. - Coordinate marketing requirements with the Delhi retail team. - Assist with any marketing activity required for campaigns and daily brand needs. - Organise visual assets and maintain basic content trackers. - Stay updated on visual and content trends relevant to fashion, lifestyle, and luxury. - Coordinate with relevant vendors for shoots and creative asset development. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle. - Strong aesthetic eye and willingness to learn Ensemble's brand sensibility. - Basic proficiency in editing tools such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro/iMovie, VSCO, Canva, etc. - Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work collaboratively. - Proactive mindset with initiative and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
