As a Consumer Product Designer at Fractal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end user experience for mobile apps. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about crafting delightful and intuitive designs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in UX/UI design for consumer mobile apps, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A post-graduate degree in Design or equivalent qualifications is preferred, although candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the UX/UI for mobile apps, focusing on creating seamless user flows, engaging interactions, and visually appealing designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, design thinking, and problem-solving skills are key aspects of this position. You will be expected to push the boundaries of design in health tech, stay updated on industry trends, and bring a fresh perspective to the table. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a combination of deep UX thinking and visually appealing UI design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and a flair for illustration styles, character design, and micro-animations are essential.
