Job Description: You will be responsible for managing technology and business consulting projects for clients in the consumer healthcare, Consumer Packed Goods, and Cosmetics industries. Your main tasks will include understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans, delegating tasks within the team, overseeing project execution, and maintaining project quality standards. Additionally, you will support the Business Development (BD) or sales teams by providing capability decks, trend analyses, quick samples, and other relevant materials. It will be essential to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Moreover, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of at least 4 years in managing technology or business consulting projects, preferably within the Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Packed Goods, or Cosmetics Industry. You must possess a strong understanding of technology landscapes, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics. Excellent project management skills are crucial, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Effective leadership and communication skills are necessary to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders. You should be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software is required. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends effectively are also essential. Education Background: A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering) is necessary.
