Consulting Technical Manager

Job Description

Implement and configure OFSAA FCCM solutions for large financial institutions and/or insurance clients. Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for OFSAA FCCM applications. Customize and enhance OFSAA FCCM solutions to meet specific client requirements. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Deploy and manage applications on various web-application servers, including WebLogic and Tomcat. Customize existing user interfaces. Travel as needed to client sites. Required Skills and Experience: Strong technical skills with proven experience implementing OFSAA FCCM solutions. Deep domain knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Enterprise Case Management (ECM) or similar applications. Expertise in Oracle Database and SQL. Proficiency in Python. Exposure to Java, Shell Scripting, APIs, and Web technologies. Knowledge of graph technologies and modeling (desirable). Strong application deployment experience with WebLogic and Tomcat. Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Location: Remote, based in India.
