Consulting Solution Manager-Core Banking

As a Consulting Technical Manager at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in delivering functional and technical solutions for project implementations across the JAPAC-MEA region. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation cycle end-to-end, ensuring the design and delivery of overall solutions with a focus on Corporate Banking. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within Oracle and the customer to ensure that business requirements are met effectively. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for client engagements in retail, corporate, and transaction banking. You will be responsible for leading transformation programs within the financial industry, specifically in the banking domain. Your role will involve managing end-to-end implementations on banking platforms, from design to delivery to post go-live support. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer requirements, triage issues, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. As a Consulting Technical Manager, you should possess a strong skill set that includes expertise in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, OJET, and RAD tools. You should also demonstrate the ability to interact and communicate with client Business/IT teams independently, analyze solution approaches, prepare requirement and functional specifications, and lead technical team members in development or implementation activities. In this role, you will be required to participate and lead project meetings and product-walkthrough workshops with customers. Your excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills will be essential in translating business requirements into technology specifications. Moreover, you should have a deep understanding of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes and possess good team handling skills. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of proven experience in providing solutions to the financial services or banking sector. Strong knowledge of banking and finance fundamentals, commercial banking products life cycle, accounting, and back-office operations will be advantageous. Previous experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution and relationship management with corporate customers are desirable qualifications for this role.
