Consultant - Veeva Safety - Managed Services (Remote)

Role Overview: Veeva Systems is seeking Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance consultants to join the Managed Services team and support the Vault Safety solution after implementation. As a Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting biopharmaceutical customers, understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and applying required configurations. You will collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and work closely with the product management team to meet customers" evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: - Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite - Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements - Design solutions for customers" requests and potential needs - Manage communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams - Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices for holistic customer success - Drive change management methodology for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of life sciences industry experience, primarily in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain with consulting experience - Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries on safety data sets - Experience with implementing safety systems such as Aris, Argus, Emperica, Commonwealth, RxLogix, or similar - Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction in delivery - Experience in building aggregate and analytical reports on safety datasets - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in an individual contributor capacity - Willingness to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver Vault Safety - Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements - Ability to travel for approximately 25% of project time - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required - Customer success mindset Additional Details: Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and a pioneer in industry cloud, focused on helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster.
