The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully driving HR technology initiatives. Responsibilities : Leadership and Strategy : Provide strategic leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR technology strategies with overall business objectives. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and others. Ensure successful integration with existing HR systems and processes. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT, and business units. Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on project status and key milestones. Team Leadership : Lead a cross-functional team responsible for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and ongoing support. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system functionality. Conduct regular assessments of HR technology landscape and propose strategies for enhancement. Training and Change Management : Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for end-users to maximize adoption and proficiency. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in executive roles overseeing SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change through technology initiatives.
