Consultant - SAP (SuccessFactors)- PM GM

YASH Technologies is seeking to hire SAP (SuccessFactors) - PM GM Professionals with 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Consultant PM/GM/SC/CDP. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of client requirements and be able to provide recommended solutions for their Appraisal and Succession process. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM / Succession & CDP Modules and be familiar with the Latest Goal Management Module. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing clients" business requirements, configuring/designing SuccessFactors and related systems based on HR best practices, leading documentation processes for Release/Refresh Activities, and handling AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules. Knowledge and experience in TIH and experience in end-to-end implementation projects are also required. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, as well as BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education. Any SAP Certification would be a plus. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and engage in proactive problem-solving.
