Consultant Ophthalmologist (Cornea)

As an Ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea and External Eye Diseases, your role will involve diagnosing and managing a variety of conditions including ocular surface disorders, keratoconus, corneal infections, and corneal dystrophies. You will be responsible for performing advanced corneal surgeries such as corneal transplantation, pterygium excision with grafting, and refractive procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and uphold the highest standards of patient safety. Additionally, you will collaborate with general ophthalmologists and other subspecialists to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary patient management. In emergency situations, you will be expected to effectively manage cases such as corneal perforations, chemical injuries, and ocular trauma.
