Job Description

The Graphic Designer -Consultant- T&O- (S&C GN) position requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora. As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you will collaborate with clients from various industries to work on Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation projects. Your role will involve developing innovative learning strategies, assisting clients in managing organizational change, and contributing to creating the workforce of the future. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the client team to understand requirements, reviewing scripts, designing visual storyboards, and creating and editing designs. You will provide media effort estimation and solutioning support, and build functional competency as a Media Lead. Additionally, you will work independently on design, visualization, and media development, overseeing all design projects from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for creating high-end cutting-edge designs, developing graphics and media, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Maintaining graphic standards, guidelines, and project checklists will also be part of your role. Your goal will be to deliver final products that meet client needs, are completed on time, and stay within the budget. A result-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design. It is advantageous to possess business acumen and strong analytical skills. The locations for this role include Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai.,
