Support enterprise data platforms and pipelines so that trusted, timely and secure data is available to operational and analytical consumers. This role operates as independent technical ownership for complex incidents, problem analysis, changes and service improvement.

• Own complex incidents and coordinate technical resolution across application, infrastructure, data and vendor teams
• Perform deep log, query, configuration, performance and integration analysis
• Develop and peer-review scripts, fixes, operational automation and data corrections under change control
• Lead root-cause analysis and ensure preventive actions are measurable and closed
• Plan and execute releases, patches, upgrades, failover tests and operational readiness activities
• Coach L1 engineers, review escalations and improve runbooks and knowledge
• Track recurring failure patterns, capacity, availability and support risks
• Monitor ingestion, transformation, orchestration and batch schedules
• Diagnose source-to-target failures, schema drift, data-quality defects and performance issues
• Perform safe reruns, backfills and reconciliations with audit evidence
• Support access control, secrets, connectivity, integration runtimes and private endpoints
• Validate row counts, control totals, freshness and lineage
• Coordinate upstream source and downstream consumer incidents

Primary Skills

• Microsoft Azure Data Foundations (Azure Data Lake Storage [ADLS], Azure Data Factory), SQL querying, data warehouse architectures, Master Data Governance (SAP ECC/MDG material/vendor creation), Power BI report support, DAX queries, pipeline monitoring (identifying data flow breakages), production data incident resolution
