Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed skin and facial aesthetic consultations.
  
• Assess medical history and determine suitability for injectables and aesthetic procedures.
  
• Recommend personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and safety standards.
  
• Clearly explain procedures, expected results, risks, timelines, and post-care.
  

Aesthetic & Injectable Procedures

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
  

• Botox

• Dermal Fillers

• Other Injectable Procedures

Client Experience & Ethical Practice

• Build strong patient trust through transparency, empathy, and ethical counselling.
  
• Address client concerns, objections, and expectations professionally.
  
• Ensure high satisfaction, safety, and long-term client retention.
  

Team Collaboration & Clinic Support

• Coordinate closely with clinic teams including technicians, consultants, and front desk staff.
  
• Support ethical treatment conversions without compromising medical integrity.
  
• Assist in smooth clinical operations across visiting branches.
  
• Participate in training programs and contribute to SOP enhancements.
  

Who Can Apply

• Qualification:

• MBBS or BDS

  (Mandatory)

• Experience:

• Proven

  hands-on experience in Botox, Fillers, and Injectables

• Prior experience in cosmetology / aesthetic clinics is mandatory
  

• Skills Required:

• Strong clinical expertise in injectables
  
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
  
• Client-centric and ethical approach
  
• Comfortable with

  travel within Mumbai

  for clinic visits

• Base Location:

  Santacruz, Mumbai

Working Days & Timings

• 6 days working

• Timing:

  9:45 AM – 7:00 PM

• No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
