We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can build, deliver, and maintain end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React and Python, experience with cloud platforms and API integrations, and an ownership-driven mindset to deliver high-quality, production-ready features in an Agile environment.

The role involves working across a React/TanStack micro-frontend architecture and FastAPI backend, integrating Azure services and AI/LLM capabilities, and collaborating closely with designers and team members to deliver features through bi-weekly releases.

• Lead feature development end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and release.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
• Make key technical decisions and guide implementation approaches across frontend and backend systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and promote best practices for testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and code quality.
• Act as a technical point of contact when the Tech Lead is focused on other workstreams.
• Drive effective delivery within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring commitments are met and releases remain on track.
• Balance delivery speed with engineering quality, making pragmatic trade-offs without compromising essential standards.
• Demonstrate ownership of complex technical challenges and support the team in achieving shared outcomes.

• All technical skills and qualifications listed under the Full-Stack Developer profile, including React, Python/FastAPI, micro-frontend architecture, Azure services, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, CI/CD, and AI/LLM integrations.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, production-grade applications and systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, testing strategies, and production operations.
• Experience leading technical delivery within Agile/Scrum teams operating on bi-weekly or faster release cycles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, provide constructive feedback, and raise engineering standards across the team.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and delivery commitments while making informed technical trade-offs.
• A builder’s mentality, with enthusiasm for solving complex problems, taking ownership, and driving solutions from concept to production.

• Experience with micro-frontend bundling technologies such as Module Federation and RsPack.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows, including PingFederate and MSAL.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and emerging developer productivity tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3, and Plotly.
• Experience improving engineering practices, system observability, and delivery processes across development teams.
