KRAs Details1. Patient Consultation New and Follow-up consultations2. Diagnosis and TreatmentPlanningAccurate diagnosis and detailed treatment planning for each patient.Clear communication of the treatment plan to patients to ensureunderstanding and commitment.3. Treatment Outcomes andProgress TrackingMonitor patient outcomes regularly; ensure improvement as per expectedmilestones.Identify non-responders early and modify the treatment plan if required.Ensure therapy protocols are followed correctly by therapists.Track "alert patients" (critical/non-responding/irregular patients) closely.Proactively take interventions to ensure treatment success.4. Continuity and Completion ofTreatmentEnsure minimal dropouts and maximum treatment plan completion.Engage with patients through follow-ups and regular online consultations asneeded.5. Data Management andReportingTimely update of patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports inthe system.Generate and review necessary reports for clinic review6. Professional Development Stay updated on Ayurvedic and modern treatment practices.7. Brand Representation &Public EducationCreate short educational content (simple tips, seasonal diets, healthyrecipes) for patients.Contribute content for clinics social media, WhatsApp groups, or in-clinicposters to promote diet and wellness awareness.
