Consultant - Application Monitoring

YASH Technologies is seeking an Application Monitoring Engineer to join the Center of Excellence team in Bangalore, KA, IN. As an Application Monitoring Engineer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring applications and infrastructure, ensuring the availability and performance of critical applications, supporting log analytics, and configuring monitoring solutions for system stability. You will collaborate with application teams to set up alerts, document monitoring processes, and escalate issues when necessary. This position provides hands-on experience in application observability and performance monitoring, contributing to the reliability of systems. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in application monitoring or IT support. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace is essential. Familiarity with application architectures like .NET, Java, SaaS, AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as understanding log monitoring and analytics, are required skills. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, and basic knowledge of ITIL practices are expected. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
