The doctor will be designated for Lopamudra Hospital ,Gannikoppa Madikeri .

To create a safe, secure and positive healing environment to support the delivery of exemplary healthcare to all patients, staff and visitors and help in maintaining our Institute as the best in Clinical Excellence.

• To undertake the care of patients in the Intensive Care Unit (MICU/SICU) and High Dependency Unit under the supervision of ICU Physicians & closely supervise the work of subordinate doctors, Nurses & Paramedical staff.
• You should be well conversant with Clinical & Administrative SOPs / Manuals/ Guidelines related to patient care & should be proficient in operation & handling of all medical equipments of your department- ICU.
• To train & update yourself & the clinical staff, including paramedical personnel in the current practices/ guidelines of in-patient clinical care which includes critical care and emergency management.
• To actively participate & contribute in Education, Training, and Research Programs.
• To assist the management in any other areas as and when required.
• Ensure that all care that is delivered is documented and communicated to relevant members of the interdisciplinary health team.
• Attend and participate in the hospital decision making forums and relevant hospital committees / forums as requested.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical policies and guidelines.
• Participate in the hospital quality and improvement framework, with particular reference to clinical practice audit and review.
