Build resource-loaded turnaround schedules, manage SIMOPS, align with contractors and capital project scope, track progress, and report productivity. Use Primavera, JDE/Maximo, and support post-TAR data analysis. Required Candidate profile 3–8 years in turnaround scheduling using Primavera. Hands-on with Maximo/JDE. Experience in capital shutdowns, scope optimization, and digital tools for large-scale LNG or refinery projects.
Develop job plans and resource estimates for turnaround events. Lead planning teams, oversee deliverables, engage with contractors, coordinate scope validation, material tracking, and ensure alignment with project timelines. Required Candidate profile 5–12 years of TAR planning; Primavera ; knowledge of procurement, materials, and plot planning. Leadership experience and prior LNG/refinery turnaround experience a must for lead roles.
Lead turnaround cost forecasting, schedule reviews, and deployment of digital tools. Drive standardization, perform assurance assessments, mentor global teams, and enhance planning capabilities.
