Construction Supervisor (Non Technical)

You will be responsible for inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Your role will involve supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors, while educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. You will enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries, and handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Additionally, maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance and evaluating their performance, instituting disciplinary measures as needed will be part of your duties. Your job will also include analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications, as well as recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The benefits include leave encashment, while the schedule may involve day shift, evening shift, and morning shift. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in time management, site management and planning, and 2 years of experience in concrete finishing. It is preferred that you are able to reliably commute to Noida, Uttar Pradesh or plan to relocate before starting work. The shift availability preferred is day shift.
