Construction Site supervisor-Junior

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor with a diploma in civil engineering and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential villa construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and coordinating with laborers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors
• Maintain daily work reports, site logs, and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Report site issues and progress to the Project Manager
• Oversee material usage and prevent wastage
• Assist in planning and execution of construction phases

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential villa construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in maintaining site documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
