Job Description

e are looking for a project manager with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience for our site in IMT Mansesar where we are developing a factory plus shed. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to - All aspect of project management including planning, scheduling, quality control, and communication with stakeholders (civil contractor, architect, fabricator and landlord). Acting central point of contact, coordinating between different teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with the project's timeline. Play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections and audits. Monitor project costs and timelines, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track. Maintain detailed records of project progress, milestones, and any changes or deviations, providing regular reports to the client. Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
