Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and lead our operations in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple real estate projects from concept to completion, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and timely delivery while aligning with company goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities including land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. 2. Project Management Oversee end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Manage project timelines, budgets, quality control, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and engineers. 3. Sales & Marketing Oversight Monitor and support sales teams in achieving revenue targets. Guide branding, marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies. Maintain strong customer relationships and manage client escalations. 4. Financial Management Develop and monitor project and corporate budgets. Control costs, optimize spending, and ensure profitability. Supervise cash flow, revenue generation, and fund allocation. 5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to real estate laws including RERA and local building codes. Oversee documentation, registration, and legal due diligence of properties. Handle disputes or legal matters in coordination with the legal team. 6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure delivery timelines and quality benchmarks are met. 7. Human Resources & Administration Lead recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a results-driven and collaborative work environment. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Proven track record in project delivery, business development, and team leadership. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of real estate development processes. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Financial acumen and strategic thinking. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
