Construction Manager ( Civil Works)-On Site

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager (Civil Works) to oversee and manage civil construction activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing on-site construction operations from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure that construction work aligns with design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Manage and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient execution of work.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams for project updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and assist in resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 68 years of experience in civil construction management for infrastructure, institutional, or large-scale building projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project planning, and site execution.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
