Construction Estimator

Role Overview: You will estimate work of projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Your main responsibility will be estimating project costs for various construction materials. You will prepare material lists derived from the construction documents and prepare cost estimating proposals. Additionally, you will estimate labor, material, and time requirements to compute the overall cost of the project. This role requires you to work at the Bangalore India office. Key Responsibilities: - Explore documentation to understand project requirements thoroughly, including the ability to read construction documents. - Select, measure, and track important metrics. - Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics. - Prepare reliable forecasts and reports for upper management. - Analyze and evaluate offers. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Experience: 0-6 months. Additional Company Details: The work schedule entails a 40+ hour work week, typically Monday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm, with occasional evening, early morning, and weekend work required.
