Our Design-Build model enables us to provide complete project solutions from start to finish. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, manage on-site workers, coordinate with architects and engineers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor project progress. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring quality control, maintaining project documentation, and resolving any issues that arise on-site. Qualifications \n Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Proven experience in site supervision, project management, and team coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and project management software Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
