Role & responsibilities Responsible for generating inquiries for new product, project and logging of customer inquiries into the system Responsible for regular monitoring of pending inquiries and orders within Organization and outside Organization Responsible to work very closely with Customers to understand their requirements and converting those requirements into understandable format with the team within Organization Responsible to update time to time Customers about the status of the product development and orders Responsible for early identification of New Projects by early engagement with Customers Responsible to coordinate with MD to provide direction to the Plant and Team for upcoming projects and products Responsible to prepare budget for the year in terms of Capex and Opex requirements Responsible to review customer specifications and conduct Engineering, Specification & Design Reviews Responsible to generate & monitor business plan and prepared standard operating procedure for new product Good understanding about Product and System certification like UL, CSA, CE, RoHS and ISO 9001, 14001 Location : Mumbai, Sanand and New Delhi
