You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and conducting basic testing on UAV electronics, such as sensors, flight controllers, and modules. This hands-on role requires a practical approach to handling electronic hardware and is ideal for individuals with a strong tool-handling skillset and a fundamental understanding of circuit components. Your key responsibilities will include assembling and connecting electronic modules, sensors, flight controllers, and wiring harnesses for UAVs. You will be expected to test electronic boards and connections using tools like multimeters and continuity testers, as well as perform tasks such as soldering and connector crimping based on layout and wiring diagrams. Additionally, you will need to adhere to SOPs for ESD safety, ensure correct pinout matching, and conduct quality checks. Collaborating with engineers to set up test benches and carry out functional checks will also be part of your duties. Reporting any damaged or faulty components during handling or testing, maintaining component usage logs, and assisting in component tracking during production are also essential aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or ECE. While 2 years of experience in electronics handling and assembly is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. Practical knowledge of using a multimeter, soldering tools, and basic electronic parts is necessary, along with the ability to read and follow simple wiring diagrams. Attention to detail and proficiency in working with small components are also key requirements. Preferred skills for this role include experience in UAV, robotics, or embedded hardware projects, as well as familiarity with flight controller setups like Pixhawk and ArduPilot (though not mandatory). Knowledge of ESD-safe work practices is beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
