We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generator with a Human Resources background to join our dynamic team in Manipal. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of HR functions and the talent landscape to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our HR-related services/products. This role is crucial for expanding our business reach and contributing to our growth. Responsibilities: Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within the HR domain (e.g., HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, CHROs). Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, industry directories, online databases) to build comprehensive prospect lists. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities within the HR sector. Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate outbound communication campaigns (cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach – particularly LinkedIn) to engage potential leads. Craft compelling and personalized messages that resonate with HR professionals' pain points and demonstrate the value of our offerings. Effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions to potential clients. Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria). Nurture leads through consistent and strategic follow-ups, building relationships and providing relevant information. Address initial queries and objections, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR challenges and solutions. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system. Track and analyze lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality, outreach effectiveness) and provide regular reports to management. Contribute to the development and refinement of lead generation strategies based on data-driven insights. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a lead generation, sales development, or business development role, with a strong preference for candidates with an HR background or experience selling HR-related services/products. HR Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with common HR functions, challenges, and trends (e.g., talent acquisition, HR tech, employee engagement, payroll, compliance). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships with prospects. Research & Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting thorough market research and analyzing data to identify trends and optimize strategies. Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-Motivated & Persistent: A proactive approach, resilience in the face of rejection, and a strong desire to achieve targets. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple leads and campaigns simultaneously. Location: Must be willing to work from our Manipal office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific HR software or service solutions. Certifications in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
