Company terminating there employee in current Covid19 situation. Company says they can't give salary as they are not getting work from the client. How can you do that to 2-3 yrs old employee who has contribution so much to the company. Shame on you.

it was very unfortunate that I resigned due to some valid reason & also follow proper channel and manger assured me that your SALERY will get disbursed but it was all false and Now they are saying you can't get the SALERY as it is againest co. Policies.

Good company policies, but need to work on retaining old employees rather than hiring new one and needs to think on salary structure again.

Worst and pathetic place to work with... Fake HR process n after selection they played game n said Tata policy got changed n now we can only offer 10000 instead of 18000... Worst n unprofessional company because there's no policy which gets changed after joining and when training is in process...
